History

The roots of Immobiliare Mazzoleni SA go back to the last century, when Emilio Mazzoleni opened the Mirana SA joint-stock company at Piazza Grande 2 in Locarno in 1971, with real estate brokerage as its core business.

In 1972, his son Roberto began working as a real estate agent and joined his father's company in 1981.

In addition to buying and selling real estate and promoting new construction, Roberto Mazzoleni also established and expanded the company's condominium and rental property management division.

In 1990, the company moved into the newly inaugurated Palazzo Pax at Piazza Stazione 9 in Muralto, where it is still based today.

In 2006, his daughter Cristina began her professional career as an administrator of investment properties and condominiums.

In 2018, Amministrazione Mazzoleni SA changed its name to Immobiliare Mazzoleni SA, with Cristina Forner Mazzoleni as director.
Over the years, the administrative sector has been expanded through the recruitment of highly qualified personnel, and currently manages more than 100 condominiums and investment properties.
