There are three rooms of approximately 23.80 m², 29.60 m² and 24 m², which can be rented either as a whole or individually.
The shared sanitary facilities (WC) are located in the adjacent room on the same floor.
All rooms are air-conditioned.
There are also three parking spaces available outside the building for CHF 100.00 each.
The monthly rent is calculated as follows:
for the offices and WC CHF 25.- per m² and a monthly service charge of CHF 120.- for electricity, air conditioning, lift and stairs (common areas) is added.
The entrance is to be agreed with the landlord.
